Turquoise Distressed knee high Boots

The left boot strap is too big for the boot lt hangs too low and I end up stepping on the chain when I walk. I have to get that fixed before I can wear them anywhere. The boot is beautiful but having to spend more money to get them fixed was not an expectation I had when I bought the boots.
